Sam Demma is an alumni of the Top 35 under 35 global change-maker award, the founder of the High Performing Student, and a 20-year-old keynote speaker. His community initiative, (PickWaste) was recognized on national news, he has delivered two TEDx Talks, worked with brands such as A&W, spoken alongside Craig Kielburger and had his speech shared by Ashton Kutcher. He is the youngest member of CAPS – Canadian Association of Professional Speakers – and a sought after speaker throughout North America.
He first ventured into the world of student success at the young age of 17 years old after his principal asked him to talk to his high school about the initiative he founded. What Sam did not know was that this 5-minute talk would lead him on a journey to impact and inspire thousands of people. When he is not travelling or speaking, he hosts the small, consistent actions podcast.
Sam’s mission is to provide students with the tools and strategies they need to become change-makers in their schools, businesses, teams, and in the lives of those around them. His young age makes him incredibly relatable to youth audiences.
